Marty Clouser brings 40 years of experience in real estate marketing, specializing in real estate auction marketing. As Senior Vice President of NDA Inc., he is responsible for procuring, designing, implementing, and overseeing all auctions.
Mr. Clouser leads the strategic planning and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives designed to promote upcoming auction events. His role involves developing targeted campaigns across various channels to generate interest and drive participation. He monitors campaign performance through analytics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Mr. Clouser focuses full-time on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, customers, and partners to enhance the overall auction experience. Mr. Clouser promotes auction events by ensuring effective logistics and implementing attendee engagement strategies.
Since partnering with Mr. Winchell in 1986, Mr. Clouser has played a pivotal role in every residential, commercial, personal property and financial instruments sale. He oversees proposals, market research, pricing strategies, and the execution.
Mr. Clouser has conducted auction marketing campaigns for over 25,000 properties and works closely with Mr. Winchell in coordinating the auction campaigns. For the past 38 years, he has specialized in Probate Sales and has overseen all phases of the auction process from business development to transaction closing.
With his career in auction marketing and sales beginning 38 years ago in Los Angeles, Marty has served as Auction Project Supervisor for clients such as U.S. Bank, Bank of America, FDIC, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, to name a few.
He is also a seasoned auctioneer and a qualified real estate instructor. Clouser, originally licensed in 1986, became a Real Estate Broker in 2018.
Prior to his career in auction sales, Mr. Clouser managed new home sales in the Los Angeles area for a leading real estate consulting firm. In addition to his real estate experience, he worked in the nuclear power industry for Southern California Edison and as Division Supervisor on submarines for the United States Navy.

Shannon Hayon is a seasoned Real Estate professional with over 10 years of experience.
Shannon Hayon holds the role of Operations Manager and Sales Associate of NDA Inc. where she oversees the entire sales process from inception to completion. Her responsibilities encompass the development and implementation of detailed sales procedures, from bidder registration and property viewings to final contract execution, ensuring that all logistics are handled smoothly.
Hayon is responsible for the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of all contracts related to properties. She ensures that all legal documents, including purchase agreements and closing paperwork, are meticulously prepared, reviewed, and executed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Hayon is also deeply involved in the communication process between all key stakeholders—buyers, sellers, agents, escrow officers, title companies, and vendors—ensuring that every party is aligned and informed at every step of the transaction.
Hayon also plays a crucial role in managing relationships with external vendors. She works closely with escrow companies, title services, lenders, and other third-party vendors to ensure that all necessary services and requirements are met for a successful closing.
Shannon was previously involved in probate sales over a seven year period at luxury full-service real estate firm. Hayon graduated from UC San Diego with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2016.


Dean Cullum serves as an Auctioneer for NDA and has been working alongside Mr. Winchell since 1983. Mr. Cullum possesses an exceptional ability to read his audience, consistently securing all bids from each buyer.
Blending market knowledge, and bid calling skills, Mr. Cullum has honed his profession, successfully auctioning everything from antique cars and fine wines to luxury homes and resort hotels. His dynamic approach has energized hundreds of auction rooms, cultivating a relaxed atmosphere among bidders and contributing to over $5 billion in property sales along side Mr. Winchell.
Mr. Cullum’s extensive expertise and leadership have been a valuable asset to the auction team. Over the course of his career, he has worked with various governmental agencies across the United States and has conducted more than 10,000 oral auctions, with total sales exceeding $6 billion.
Mr. Cullum has additionally conducted auctions for public administrators in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Kern County. He has also played a key role in conducting successful “scattered sales” for the FDIC and auctioning both commercial and residential real estate for the RTC, handling properties such as hotels, office buildings, apartment complexes, homes, and apartments for clients like Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae, the IRS, HUD, and private contractors representing government entities.
