Rhett Winchell
As President of the Kennedy Wilson Auction Group, Rhett Winchell is responsible for the oversight of all auction transactions throughout the West Coast. He specializes in new home developments, scattered real property “foreclosure” auctions and Court-related dispositions.
Since joining Kennedy Wilson in 1984, the Auction Group, under Mr. Winchell’s leadership, has sold in excess of $5 billion of real estate. Mr. Winchell is currently focusing on the company’s expansion into major markets throughout the United States.
Mr. Winchell is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the highest designation awarded to real estate brokers in the residential field. Only 5% of all real estate brokers have earned this designation. He is also an active member of other professional organizations, and holds various certifications, licenses and memberships.
He attended the University of California, Los Angeles, concentrating on real estate course work, including real estate appraisal, practice, economics, finance, law, property management, administration, ethics and investment analysis.
