Jeff Condon
Jeff Condon works with property owners and financial institutions to assist in the disposition strategies of diverse real estate assets. Mr. Condon specializes in single family home REO, multi-family and developer auctions. He facilitates all aspects of auctions from business development to transaction closing.
Prior to joining Kennedy Wilson, Mr. Condon worked as a senior consultant for Zetabid, a real estate auction firm. At Zetabid, he gained depth of knowledge in all areas of real estate auctions, including business development, loss mitigation analysis, real estate marketing, investor relations, and transaction closings.
In addition to his experience in real estate, he has worked at IBM and Cisco Systems and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stanford University and a Masters in Business Development from USC's Marshall School of Business.
