Kennedy Wilson successfully auctioned off 291 lender-owned 1-4 residential properties in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC using a strategic combination of ballroom, site-to-site, and our branded on-line bidding platform representing $35 million in sales for our seller. Escrows for all completed sales are closed.
