Kennedy Wilson successfully auctioned off 20 Luxury Loft Condominiums at an inventory closeout auction at Cannery Lofts in Astoria, Oregon for approximately $3.5 million. Starting Bids were as low as $90,000 on homes previously priced from $190,400 to $292,400.
