Hundreds of hopeful buyers packed a Hilton ballroom hoping to get a good deal on a Brazos Property condo.  19 units including the penthouse were up for auction.

"Austin like other markets has slowed and buyers are looking for opportunity so the builders are looking for a period of adjustment where they may be re-pricing or looking for incentives."  said Rhett Winchell with Kennedy Wilson Auctions.

Kennedy Wilson Auction Group conducted an auction at Brazos Place, consisting of 20 luxury condominiums in downtown Austin, Texas. This highly anticipated inventory closeout auction was the first of its kind in Austin with over 500 people in attendence.

Prospective buyers selected from 10 different 1 and 2-bedroom plans with up to 1,399 square feet, all presenting the latest fashion concepts with enviable quality.
